Producing events in Fairfax
Fairfax is the seat of Fairfax County and home to George Mason University, so its calendar runs on government meetings, university general sessions and commencements, and the association and corporate events that follow the county’s business base. Those clients expect reliability and discretion, which is why we run every show with our own crew and gear and hold to run-of-show for public meetings, symposia at George Mason, and awards dinners across the Fair Oaks and Fair Lakes hotels. We scale a Center for the Arts performance or an EagleBank Arena general session with the same team that handles a boardroom, and we plan power and rigging for the room you actually have rather than a generic template. We also cover neighboring Vienna and Chantilly, and can pair a Fairfax program with full event production or dedicated meetings and conferences AV from one accountable team.
For Fairfax associations and firms we handle conference and general session AV from the first site visit to strike.
