We design and build the whole environment: stage sets and backdrops, entrance moments, hanging and structural signage, three dimensional letters and logos, and large format graphics that carry your message across the entire space.
Everything is fabricated in house and installed by the same team that rigs your lighting and video, so the look is consistent from the front door to the main stage.

Most events need a sign shop, a fabricator, and an AV company, plus someone to make all three coordinate. We do all three: design, print, custom fabrication, install, and the AV, planned together and loaded on the same trucks.
One point of contact and one schedule means no gaps between vendors on site and no finger pointing when something needs to move.
The part that makes the message loud
A printed graphic is quiet. The same message on an LED wall, lit, with sound and motion behind it, is something people stop, remember, and photograph.

Trade show booths, exhibits, and brand activations
Custom trade show booth design and fabrication, modular and portable exhibits, and booth graphics that travel and set up clean. We build the booth, light it, and run the LED tiles, demo stations, and booth audio inside it as one package, which is the piece a print shop cannot offer.

The branded photo moment
Step and repeat backdrops, red carpet entrances, press walls and media walls, photo walls, and selfie stations, built to the right height and lit so every phone picture shows the logo cleanly. For galas and awards nights we pair it with the red carpet, stanchions, and arrival lighting.

Installation, venue rules, and tight timelines
We install and strike graphics and builds in the venues the DMV actually uses: the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Gaylord National, MGM National Harbor, Dulles Expo Center, Capital One Hall, Union Market, and the large hotel ballrooms in DC, Tysons, and Bethesda. We know the rigging rules, the union jurisdictions, the loading dock windows, and what each venue allows on its walls and floors.
Because the install crew is the same crew already on site for the AV, overnight and same day installs happen without a second vendor call time. Hanging banners, truss headers, and anything that flies gets rigged by the people who rig the lighting.
Design, renderings, and production files
Send us a logo, your brand guidelines, and a floor plan and we come back with 3D renderings of the room, the stage, and the entrance, so your team and your sponsors approve a picture, not a description. Approved renderings become shop drawings and print layouts, and we handle file prep, proofing, and color matching to your brand colors.
If your agency already designed the creative, we produce from their files and tell them up front the formats, bleeds, and resolutions we need for large format print.

Can you handle both the branding and the AV for our event?+
Yes. That is the point of working with us. We design and fabricate the branded environment and run the audio, video, lighting, and staging with the same crew, so the branding and the AV are planned as one look and there is no hand off between vendors.
What can you fabricate in house?+

Do you design the graphics, or do we supply the artwork?+
Either. We can design the whole environment from your brand guidelines, or take your creative team’s files and produce, fabricate, and install them. We will tell you up front what file formats and resolutions we need.
Do you do trade show booths and exhibits?+
Yes. We design and fabricate custom and modular trade show booths and exhibit graphics, and because we own the AV, we light the booth and run the screens and audio inside it as one package.
Can you brand an experiential activation or product launch?+
Yes. We design and fabricate the build, run the AV, staff the activation, and supply the branded merchandise, so you manage one project instead of five.
How far in advance do we need to order event branding?+
Printed graphics such as banners, step and repeat walls, and signage usually need two to three weeks from approved artwork. Custom fabrication such as stage sets, three dimensional logos, and built environments needs four to six weeks. Rush work is often possible for print; send us the date and we will tell you what is realistic.
Can you match our brand colors exactly?+
Yes. We work from your Pantone or brand hex values, color match across print, fabric, paint, and LED content, and send physical proofs and material swatches on larger builds before anything goes to production.
Do you handle venue approvals and rigging for hanging banners?+
Yes. We submit the rigging plots and sign plans the venue requires, work within union jurisdictions where they apply, and rig hanging banners and truss headers with the same certified crew that rigs the lighting and video.
Can branded pieces be reused for the next event?+
Usually, yes. We build modular where it makes sense, store frames and hardware between events, and swap graphics for the next show, which costs a fraction of a new build.
Do you brand outdoor events and festivals?+
Yes. Outdoor branding uses wind rated frames, weatherproof materials, ballasted tents and flags, and graphics sized to read from a distance. See our festival and concert production for the stage and sound side.
How far out do you need our files and approvals?+
It depends on the size of the build. A single branded stage can come together quickly, while a full conference environment with custom fabrication needs more lead time. Send us your date and scope and we will tell you what is workable.
