We had an absolutely horrible experience with Go Prime AV for our event, and I feel compelled to warn others to steer clear of this company at all costs. The service was nothing short of a disaster, and the owner, Hussein, was dishonest throughout the entire process. On multiple occasions, he lied about the quality of their equipment, the availability of staff, and the timeline for setup—none of which were delivered as promised.

Our event was chaotic due to their unprofessionalism, and it left our guests frustrated and disappointed. When we tried to address the issues, do not trust Go Prime AV with your event. There are far better, more reliable options out there.

Av was very accommodating and communicative. DJ Sam was amazing; he always responded in a timely manner. We sent him a list of songs we liked and he understood exactly our music taste. We were nervous about combining arabic and English music but he blended them so well together. Would absolutely recommend and cant wait to have them again!
