LED Video Wall Rentals
Rent an LED video wall that arrives tested, goes up on schedule, and looks right the moment the doors open. We deliver, build, and operate video walls for events across Washington DC, Northern Virginia and Maryland, from a single ballroom screen to an outdoor wall the whole street can read.
Every rental includes the processing, rigging or ground support, power distribution, and cabling the wall actually needs. You rent a working wall, not a stack of panels.

Indoor LED Wall Rentals
A tight pixel pitch for ballrooms, theaters, and studios where the front row sits close. Walls build in almost any size and shape from the same panels: 8 by 5 feet behind a podium, 20 by 10 behind a band, or a long, low wall that runs the width of a stage.

Brighter, weather rated panels for festivals, ceremonies, and street events, with wind-safe ground support and ballast where there is no rigging. Built for daylight viewing.
Learn more →Wall With Operator
Most rentals include an operator who runs the processor, switches sources, and keeps the picture right for the whole show. Ask for a build-and-hand-off rental for simple static content.
Learn more →Tell us the venue, the dates, and what goes on the screen. We confirm availability and send a flat, itemized quote, usually the same day. Our crew delivers and builds the wall, tests every panel and the full signal path, and runs it during your event so you never think about it again. When it ends, we strike and load out on the venue's schedule, not ours. One crew handles all of it, and the person who quoted your wall is the person you call on show day.
Video wall pricing follows four things: the size of the wall, the pixel pitch, how long you keep it, and whether it lives indoors or out. An operator, delivery, and build time round out the quote. We quote flat and itemized, so you can see exactly what each piece costs and cut what you do not need. If budget is the deciding factor, ask us to quote a projector option next to the wall. Sometimes projection wins, and we will tell you when it does.
Four things decide how good a rented wall looks in the room: color, contrast, brightness, and scalability. LED panels produce their own light, so color stays true and contrast stays deep under full room lighting, where projection washes out. Brightness is rated to the space, indoor or full daylight. And because a wall is built panel by panel, it scales to the exact size and shape your stage needs.
Indoor walls prioritize resolution and clean rigging in ballrooms, theaters, and studios. Outdoor walls prioritize brightness, weather rating, and wind-safe structure for festivals, ceremonies, and street events. We stock both, and we engineer the support structure either way, whether that is flying the wall from house rigging or building ground support with ballast. For a deeper look at outdoor screens, see our outdoor LED screen rental guide.
More than a screen drop
If your event needs cameras, switching, graphics, and a show caller along with the wall, that is full production, and it is what we do most. See video wall and projection production. Weighing a wall against projection for your room? Our comparison guide breaks down when each wins. And if you need a wall that never comes down, we design and build permanent video wall installations too.
How far in advance should I book a video wall rental?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most events. We take shorter notice when stock allows, including same-week builds, so it is always worth asking. Peak season weekends in spring and fall book out first.
Do I need an operator with the wall?
For most events, yes, and we include one in the quote. The operator manages the processor, switches sources, and fixes problems before your audience sees them. For simple static-content walls we can build, hand off, and return for strike.
Can you rent a video wall for an outdoor event?
Yes. Our outdoor panels are weather rated and brighter than indoor stock, and we engineer wind-safe ground support with ballast where there is no rigging. Tell us the site and we will handle the structure, power, and permits conversation with the venue.
