What hybrid event production actually involves
A hybrid event is two productions sharing one stage. The room needs everything a live event needs: sound, lighting, staging, video. The remote audience needs a program built for a screen: multi-camera switching, clean audio feeds, graphics, speaker timers and a platform that holds up under load. When those two productions are planned separately, the online audience gets a camera in the back of a ballroom and a muddy feed of the room mix. When they are planned as one show, both audiences get an event that was made for them.
That single-show approach is the whole point of hiring one team for hybrid event production. Our audio engineers mix the room and the broadcast separately from the same console. Our video team switches image magnification for the room and a program feed for the stream. Our production manager calls both. One rehearsal covers everything.

The hybrid formats we produce most

Some programs skip the room entirely. Where live streaming fits
Live streaming is the transmission layer of a hybrid or virtual event, and it is a discipline of its own. Our live streaming team handles encoding, platforms, redundancy and broadcast engineering as a technical service, including for shows produced by others. Can remote presenters appear on the screens in the room?
Yes. We bring remote speakers into the room feed with proper framing, audio and comfort monitors, so a presenter in another city can keynote, join a panel or take questions live.
Which streaming platforms do you support?
All the majors: Zoom, Teams, YouTube, Vimeo, and dedicated event platforms, plus embedded players on your own site. We advise on the right fit for audience size, registration and security.
Do you provide capture for on-demand viewing after the event?
Yes. Every hybrid and virtual program can be recorded, edited into session videos and delivered for on-demand viewing, member portals or marketing use.
How far in advance should we book?
Annual meetings and large hybrid programs are best booked 2 to 3 months out. Smaller town halls and webcasts can often be produced on shorter timelines. Either way, you will hear from us within 24 hours.
