A luxury wedding is a live show with one night to get it right. The grand entrance needs a cue. The first dance needs a lighting look of its own. The toasts need microphones that never crackle, and the band needs a stage, monitors and a sound engineer who mixes for the room, not just for volume. That is production, and it is what we do.

LED Video Walls
An edge-to-edge LED video wall behind the head table or stage changes the entire room: custom monograms, live camera feeds of the dances, family photo montages, and backdrops that shift with each part of the night.
We own our walls and the crew that runs them.

Lighting & Décor
Uplighting in your palette, moving heads over the dance floor, a gobo monogram on the floor or ceiling, pin-spots on every centerpiece, and a lighting operator running looks live through dinner, speeches and the party.
Wedding uplighting is the floor, not the ceiling, of what we do.

Concert-Grade Sound
Line-array systems that stay clear at 800 guests, wireless microphones for officiants and toasts, discreet ceremony audio, and separate mixes for the room and the videographer.
No feedback, no dead batteries, no missed vows.

Bands & Entertainment
Full production for live bands, DJs, dhol players, string sections and cultural performers: staging, backline, monitors, engineers and the transitions between them.
When the DJ hands off to a 12-piece band at midnight, the room never hears the seam.

A styled photo booth or a 360 camera platform gives guests something to do between courses and gives the couple a gallery the morning after.
We run the booth, the lighting around it and the instant sharing, matched to the room design.

Live Streaming for the Family Who Could Not Fly In
At a big cultural wedding, someone important is always eight time zones away. Grandparents in Delhi or Beirut, cousins in Lagos or Cairo, a whole branch of the family that could not get visas in time.
We produce a private, high-quality live stream of the ceremony and reception: multi-camera coverage, clean audio straight from the console, a private link for the family, and a replay for the time zones that slept through it.
Indian and South Asian wedding production
A South Asian wedding is not one event, it is a production calendar. We plan the whole arc as a single show: mehndi and haldi, the sangeet, the baraat, the ceremony under the mandap, and a reception that has to peak late and stay there. One production manager owns all of it, so the sound that carried the dhol at noon is already struck, reset and refocused for the reception at nine.
The baraat. A procession does not stay put, so neither does the rig. We run battery-backed wireless sound that moves with the horse or the car, keeps the dhol and the DJ audible over a street-width crowd, and hands off cleanly to the house system at the door. Outdoors we plan power, weather cover and a rain call in advance, in writing, rather than at 8am on the day.
The mandap and the ceremony. Mandap lighting is its own discipline: warm, even, flattering on camera, and bright enough for photographers and a live stream without washing out the florals or blinding the couple. We light the structure, not just the stage, and we keep fixtures and cable out of every ceremony sightline.
The sangeet and the reception. Performance-ready staging with monitors and clean playback for family dances, LED walls for choreographed content and live camera, uplighting and draping tuned to the decor palette rather than fighting it, and a dance floor rig built to run hard for hours. We build changeover time into the run of show so a ballroom can turn from dinner to dance floor without the room going dark.
We produce South Asian weddings across the DC metro and Northern Virginia, including Tysons, Ashburn, Alexandria, Centreville and Washington, DC, and out to the Eastern Shore at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay in Cambridge, Maryland. Our own warehouse, our own trucks, our own crew, so the gear list you approve is the gear list that shows up.
Weddings in every tradition
Indian and South Asian weddings. Covered in depth above, from the baraat and mandap through the sangeet and reception, across multi-day calendars.
Arab weddings. From the zaffa entrance with drummers and horns to a late program that peaks after midnight, we build sound and lighting for the moments that matter: the entrance, the dabke, the cake, the send-off. Our crews plan with your family and your planner around the traditions, not against them.
Every culture, every scale. Nigerian, Persian, Afghan, Ethiopian, Greek, Jewish and every tradition in between: if the celebration is big and the standard is high, the production language is the same. We have staged mitzvahs, multi-faith ceremonies and 1,000-guest receptions, and we bring cultural respect along with the gear.

We run our own warehouses and crews from two home bases: Chantilly, Virginia for the DC metro, and metro Detroit, home to one of the largest Arab communities in the country. From there we produce luxury weddings in the cities where the biggest celebrations happen: Washington, DC and Maryland, New York and New Jersey (Trenton), Boston, Ohio (Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati), Chicago, Houston, Dallas and Miami. Do you travel outside the DC area?
Yes. With home bases in the DC metro and Detroit, we produce weddings in New York, New Jersey, Boston, Chicago, Ohio, Houston, Dallas and Miami. Travel is quoted flat in the proposal, with our own equipment and crew on our own trucks.
Can you produce all the events across a multi-day wedding?
Yes, and it is usually the better way to buy: one team carries the plan from mehndi and sangeet through the reception, gear stays on site where the venue allows it, and nothing is re-explained.
Do you work with our planner and decorator?
Always. We handle the technical production: power, rigging, sound, video, lighting and staging, and coordinate with your planner, decorator, caterer and venue on the timeline and the room plan.
Can family overseas watch the wedding live?
Yes. We stream the ceremony and reception privately to family anywhere in the world, with multi-camera coverage and audio from the sound console, plus a replay link afterward. It is one of the most requested parts of our cultural wedding productions.
Our venue has noise limits. Can you work with that?
Yes. We design the system for the room and the rules: directional arrays, dance-floor-focused coverage, and a mix engineer live on the console all night.
Can you run sound for a baraat that moves through a parking lot or street?
Yes. We use battery-backed wireless sound that travels with the procession so the dhol and DJ stay audible across a wide crowd, then hand off to the house system at the doors. For outdoor baraats we plan power, weather cover and a rain call ahead of the day.
Do you light the mandap for photography and live streaming?
Yes. We light the mandap structure itself, not just the stage, for even, warm coverage that reads well on camera and on a stream without washing out florals. Fixtures and cable are kept clear of ceremony sightlines.
